The Process
I selected an artsy paper from AP Together as my background. Because the photo was washed out a bit I clipped the photo to a transfer from the kit, duplicated the photo and changed the blending mode to hardlight, duplicated the photo again and changed the blending mode to screen and reduced the opacity. I placed a frame over the photo layers. Brushes, strokes, transfers, word art, and elements were added to finish the page.
