The Process
I selected a solid paper from AP Tinge Paperie pack. Then I began working with my photo using different artistic filters (paint daubs and underpainting) and changed the blending mode to hard light and screen, reducing the opacity. A transfer from AP Bask was clipped between the different photo layers and the blending mode was changed to hard light with the opacity reduced a bit. I added brush 14 from AP Tinge Brushes. I merged these layers together and clipped the merged photo to a mask from Watercolor FotoBlendz 1. I placed transfer 10 from AP Tinge Transfers behind the photo. AP Tinge Elements 1 and 4 were layered over the photo. Word art, artstrokes, text, and an overlay was added to complete the page.
