That was the day we talked about trading in the Jeep. The dealership had sent a letter with an offer that sounded good. This was just ten days after we rolled 100,000 miles coming into Aspen off of Independence Pass. It might be our last chance to take a photo of it, if they had what we wanted on the lot. We both snapped too many pictures, wanting to save the 6 1/2 years of happy times in it forever.
