The Process
I began by selecting a neutral solid background paper from AP Autumn Elegance. Then began working with my photo of Mt. Moran, upping the saturation a bit, duplicated it two times. On the duplicated photos I used the artistic filters paint daubs (hard light) and underpainting (hard light) and reduced the opacity of both. I place several transfers from AP Autumn Elegance in between the photos and set the blending mode to hard light with a reduced opacity. I brushed out areas that I didn't want to show. I layered a frame over the photo and duplicated it 3 more times. The page was finished by adding brush strokes, elements, loops, label words, a scriptTease, and gold leaf.
