I took this apart and added/deleted and added so much this week, I just called it done. Photo of my mom from the 1940's. Love pulling the ModGrunge my my "oldies but goodies" stash!
Process:

Duplicated Blessings paper x 3 and played with it until it was pleasing to me. Lined it horizontally.
Extracted photo
Clipped Home paint transfer to photo.
Clipped green paint layer to ModGrunge
Added brushes, transfers and dark paper between the papers (which was a mistake, but I liked it, so I left it)
Played with opacity on all brushwork and transfer
