Chose a suitable paper from the Palette as a base. Opened a Framed Fotoblendz and rotated it to suit the photo better then clipped photo to it. Used brushes, transfers and elements from the Palette. Used stitches as a reflection of the boat. Changed the color to blue using color overlay to match the tone.
