Oscraps

I've been on a bit of a journey with this page - one of those journeys that you wish you had never started...I've blended and deleted and layered lots of stuff and deleted - in fact I've deleted and deleted till I'm sick to death of the whole page...sigh! Might not go in my book the way it is just now, but I'm choosing to move on for the moment - let it go! 
This is my Grandfather as a young man around the early 1900s, I think this is my Aunt Maggie he is holding but I have no way of verifying it. The photograph wasn't in good condition so I've had to play around with it. He was an old man by the time I came on the scene, the last grandchild, so it's interesting to see how much my Dad actually resembled him!

I started with a gray paper from Autumn Soul but darkened it down. The rest is just layering the Modgrunge fotoblendz which I inverted to make white, the transfer,paint daubs and the skinny lined overlays.
