I started with Anna Template Artsy Template Multipack 3 and chose to work with ArtPlay Ocean Cove. Placing my photo on the page I duplicated it 3 times. I placed one layer below the frame and the other 2 layers on top of the photo mask. On
the bottom 2 layers I applied the Paint Daubs Filter. I reduced the opacity of the top layer photo to let some of the effect through on the photo pictured. I created a layer mask on the bottom photo and brushed out the hard edges in order to blend the photo into the page, then added a 4x6 Artsy Kardz
from the H2O collection to brighten the water a bit. This template has many layers of paint and art effects that I chose to recolor the blues and greens in my photo. I added a transfer from the Art Cove collection and duplicated it on my page, using the greens and wave swirls to enhance the wavy
background. For the Word Art I selected H2O WordMix 1 and recolored it with a 2 gradient layers set to Color Dodge. The MultiMedia item added is from SeaLife1. I also added items from SeaSprinklez1.

I searched the shop and cannot find this Multipack. It was just included in the sale that took place. I find Multipack 1&2 but not 3.
