I added a paper as background. On the background I put a text layer on it at 10% opacity. I duplicated the layer, colored some of the words and deleted the black text.

I added some overlays on the background.

I placed the photo of my mom with the blending mode set to Darken (100%).
I duplicated the photo and enlarged it. I placed it in the corner of my layout and applied the blending mode pin light at 30%, duplicate it, applied Craphic Pen with opacity 48%, made another duplicate at the blending mode screen 77 %.

I placed a frame on top of the photo and I added a transfer behind the frame. I placed some wordart stickers on the page. I put the multi media branch beneath the frame and photo and places the wordart Beautiful on it from the artplay palette. I made a new layer underneath the wordart, selected the wordart and enlarged it with 15 pixels and filled it with white and gave it a shadow.

I placed a brad on the media branch and added some stitches.
