I started with a white background paper,
next layer ArtPlayPaletteViaggio_ArtsyPaper1
After that picture of the beach and pier, this edited and duplicated.
here and there the picture erased and filters used,
After a piece of a picture with a Seagull
the frame in place and a small piece of cleared
then the overlay, edgeTransfer and TexturedOverlays7_2
after that the wordtart ValCDesigns_ArtBook_NewOWord_FlyColor
and ValCDesigns_STW_eagle.
then played with shadow, opacity.

Love the page ....its fantastic....I especially like the sunflower on the far right...it is extra perfect for the page!!!
