Using the "Lush Art Play" I then used the Artsy Layered Template which I layered a balloon photo on to create my background. Then I duplicated my photo and used the frame from the template. I then layered the brushes and the balloons from the Multi Media Kit. TFL

Oh my, have to have that cake! I like the strong transition of pics to the soft background.
