Increase saturation and contrast.

Duplicate photo and play with blending modes.
Add WarmGlows to photo to enhance darker areas.
Layer transfers and brushes below photo mask.
Frame with MultiMedia Frame and adjust mode as necessary.
Edge with UrbanStitchez and add title.
