Process: I duplicated my photo and used the Artsy Paint No 4 brush to erase a strip in the B & W. I added the paint box and changed some of the colors to match my photo. I added blue to the tip of the brush from the MultiMedia Art 1. I changed the colors in the leaves from the palette and added them. I added the spackle texture to the solid background paper from the palette and blended them. I added the word art and warm glows. I finished with the edge overlay and blended it.
A wonderful page! I love how it looks like you painted the photo into the frame in black and white and then in bold colors. You really brought it to life.
