The Process
I selected a white paper from AP Wilderness (tried several different ones, but decided the white worked the best). Clipped my photo to a watercolor fotoblendz and using the warp tool, I changed the shape a bit. A frame was placed over the photo with a layer mask added to hide part of the frame so that the flower spilled out of the frame. I selected a couple of flowers from Watercolor Flowers 1, added a layer above them and painted color on that layer, then clipped the paint layer to the flowers. Elements, strokes, transfers and word art were added to finalize the page.
