The Process
I began with a PortalART paper and knew what photo I wanted to use, a photo of the house in Ireland that my grandfather and his twin brother were born in. Using a frame from AP Harvest I clipped my photo to the mask and duplicated it, changing the blend mode to hard light and adjusting the saturation/hue level to more of a blue tint. I also used the saturation/hue tool on the leaf changing the color to green. I layered the journey word transfer under the frame and changed the blending mode to darken. Buttons, brads, stitches and a title were added.
