Process
Started with Artsy Paper from APP Artsy. First I made a mask with various brushes from Anna Aspnes. Photo I clipped to this mask.
Added transfers, overlays and elements from APP Artsy. Elements I gave a Drop Shadow.
Over Photo I placed frame and deleted some areas with soft eraser tool.
Added MultiMedia Art and WordArt. Stamped Dripped WaterColor in various colors.
