Process: I used Artsy Paper for the background. Placed photo where I wanted it and duplicated it. Used multiply blend mode to make it pop a bit more and reduced the opacity, merge photo. Place WaterColorBlendz beneath it and clip photo. I wanted some of the photo to show through so I masked the fotoblendz and brushed out some of the areas. I placed the frame below the fotoblendz so some of the edges faded out. The multimedia paint was placed under the fotoblendz as well and some of the area I brushed out so it wouldnt how on her head. Next I added the wordart, I used the magic wand tool to choose the word art I locked the transparent area and filled the word with the color red. The rest was just placing elements here and there and finishing with some Boca lights.
