100 mtr swimming and a dive at every 25 mtr to 2 meter deep and pick up a ring or plate.
10 mtr under water.
a special plunge with followed 100 mtr snorkling and a corner dive at every 25 mtr.
2 mtr deep your googles need to be filled with water and blown empty in 1 blow, come up no hands on the goggles.
25 mtr buddy breathing
25 mtr moving a drowning victim.
1 minute on 1 place with the drowning victim.
a roll backwars in the water
on 2 mtr deep knotting a rope from 2 meter.
25 mtr snorkling without glasses face down in the water.
