I have used the brushes, overlay and transfers of the artplay palette Knowledge to create the background textures.
I also used a warm glow element in various places with a blending mode "color burn" to provide the rusty color across the LO.
I used also a brush with an orange color across the Lo as well.
The focal image was treated with a filter effect "cutout"
