i played with the photo then clipped it to several watercolor masks. i added the clouds behind the masked photo. the stitchez are added over the masked layers. the text on the right was rasterized and the smudge tool used toward the bottom.
You have recreated that special grey watery blur unique to a rainy day. Love your innovative use of the word art down the right side complete with rainy day smudges!
