Painting is Lost Parasol by Arthur Hacker (25 September 1858 12 November 1919) an English classicist painter.
Process
Opened background Artsy Paper and placed image. Using the rectangle shape tool created a mask to fit the image and then added two WaterColor FotoBlendz to either side to extend the image outward.
The frame was added and then the cluster created with a transfer placed behind the image to form a base for the cluster and also to add texture to the page.
Finished with wordART, text and edge overlay.
