Process
Placed image on background and duplicated it. Bottom copy had filter, Pen and Ink applied. Both copies were reduced in size via layer masks with the top color copy mostly visible over the car and 3 girls.
Transfers were added behind the images to form a base. All layers were linked and reduced in size then the white background paper was added. Stroke outlines were placed to frame the image and edge the page. WordArt, Urban Threadz and brad finished it off.
