Process
Combined two FotoBlendz and clipped an Artsy Paper to the combined mask. The blend mode was kept on Normal but the opacity was reduce to 75%. The photo was placed and its blend mode set to Linear Burn. To keep the colors true without bleed through from below, the photo was selected and then the selection was copied from the background paper and moved directly below the photo.

A layer mask was applied to the photo to remove desired portions of the image, a frame was placed below the photo but above the Fotoblendz and its opacity was reduced to 50%. Transfers, brushes and art strokes were added and then the 3-D elements.
