Process: *Photo was blended with apps using transfers from ArtPlay Mini Palette Cherish.
I used Filterstorm (or layer based app of your choice) and Glaze (or painting app of your choice).
Save to your camera roll. Open new file in PS/PSE. Open and place neutral background.
Open and place processed photo that you saved to your camera roll.
Complete page with frame, transfers and overlay.

Love how the app turned the flowers into color daubs, so soft and they blend together as a rainbow would. Your upper left corner grouping is divine with the colors of the image repeated and the urban threadz,
