Process: *Photo was blended with apps using transfers from ArtPlay Mini Palette Cherish.
I used Filterstorm (or layer based app of your choice) and Glaze (or painting app of your choice).
Save to your camera roll. Open new file in PS/PSE. Open and place neutral background.
Open and place processed photo that you saved to your camera roll.
Complete page with frame, transfers and overlay.
