Ive never liked to exercise, never believed in things like runners high or gym high. I always had excuses to go to the gym, and now I understand when people give excuses. Never believed in the saying that it takes a month for you to get used to something. But for doctors orders I started, I hired a trainer which I think helps with your motivation and goals. And Im so shocked that after a 20 day complaining I endured snow, cold weather and kept going, having sessions with a trainer makes you go. I started to see the change in my body, in my energy, in my mood with my anxiety. I started to feel happier and became a exercise junkie. I want to be strong and I want to have endurance and never in a million years I thought this would happen that
I would feel uneasy not going to the gym . So everything that I dindt believe is really true , lesson learned.
