Process:
Started with a template from Baby Template Album No. 1A
Clipped my photos and an ArtsyKard to the clipping masks
Placed Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Palette Et Voil as my background
Moved WordArt and applied the Overlay Blending Mode, duplicated layer
Added MultiMedia Bursts and UrbanThreadz
Finished by adding ArtPlay Palette Et Voil Brushes and Elements
