The Process
Using the Artistic Filter, found in the filter menu, I converted my photo to a cut out painting. Then I duplicated the photo and selected poster edges (also found in the filter menu) and set this layer to soft light and reduced the opacity a bit. I merged these layers together and clipped them to a watercolor mask and placed the frame over it. Next I placed a transfer from AP et Volia behind the photo and set the blending mode to hard light. I edged the frame with a brush and artstroke from the kit. Word art, elements, bursts, and threads were added to finish the page.
