The Process
I selected a solid background paper from AP et Voila (which just happens to be my favorite color!) I clipped my photo to a watercolor fotoblendz. Using the technique in Anna Blendz 3 Blending with Brushes, I hid part of the mask and added more in areas to fit my photo. A frame was placed over the photo with a layer mask added to hide part of the frame. A transfer from AP et Voila was placed behind the photo and the blending mode was changed to hard light. Elements, loops, word art and threads were added.
