The Process
I selected a background paper from AP Red White Blue and placed several transfers from the kit on the paper. Using a large bold font, I created the letters USA individually and then rasterized the type. Next I clipped papers and transfers from the kit, added stars and brush strokes. To create the flag I selected a brush from AP Believe, duplicated it, colored one brush red and the other brush white. Then I offset the brush so that each layer showed. Using the warp tool I added a slight curve to the brushes and added stars from the AP Red White Blue kit. Elements, stitching, and artstrokes were added.
