The Process
I chose a solid background paper from AP Storm, placed my large photo on it with the blending mode set to soft light. Using the text tool and impact font, created the G and then rastierized it and clipped a photo to the G. I duplicated this photo and placed it behind the letter and masked out all but the tree above the letter. A transfer from AP Tangier was added to the photo, blending mode set to hard light. Frames, strokes, elements and word art were added to finish the page.
