One of the reasons I haven't been around much is because being summer in England, I get lots of friends & relatives, and the friends of the relatives, visiting us. The past 2 weeks was my friend Marta, we have been friends for almost 40 years, and we kept the friendship despite the distance even in times when internet was not even a thought.... I had just finished watching the 4 seasons of The Tudors on Netflix, and there is this amazing exhibition at the Queen's Gallery at Buckingham Palace called In Fine Style, a show about fashion in Tudors & Stuarts times through pieces of wardrobe, paintings, and objects rescued from those times. They gavde us an android in the entrance with head phones, it had a menu and in every piece we could select in the menu and some of them had videos where we could see the making of lace and corsets, embroidery and more... it was amazing. We left on a cab and the atmosphere in the streets around was such a nice one, I tried to capture throigh the windows, not sure I did all that well, but it keeps the memory of an amazing day out
