The process: I began with an Artsy Paper from AP Splash. I added the frame, and attached the photo to it. I duplicated the photo, and masked all but a bit that I extended beyond the frame. I added some additional transfers and brushes, the WordART (also adding a stroke and shadow to it), and elements.
