I have used a background paper from Artplay palette Wilderness,
then I applied to the paper a layer blending mode called luminosity and
I placed below a neutral background paper,
this combination of these blending effects and multiple papers and brush work has produced the overall background effect.
All brushes are from the new artplay palette wilderness (clouds, textures) what are absolutely wonderful for the type of scene.
The focal images has been treated with watercolor techniques.

I also use a frame that was colored and filled in a brown neutral color similar to the brown colors used in the composition.
I placed also a warm glow that is aligned with its water reflection.
