Process
Placed FotoMask and Photo, copied photo, then Fotomask blend mode set to Color Burn, first photo layer blend mode remained normal. Next the photo copy layer had the filter surface blur applied and blend mode set to Darker Color. Artsy Paper was added to background, the frame appled with a layer mask to delete the lower right portion of the frame.
Transfers and brushes were added below the image then the elements and word art were placed. Finished with edge overlay.
