Process:
Started with a template from WaterColor Template Album No. 1A
Placed Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Palette Cultivate as my Background
Clipped my photos to the clipping masks
Added color to the Watercolor & Stain Layers
Added WatercolorShells brushes
Placed Beach WordART , added color and a stroke style
Placed additional Beach WordART over photo, applied the soft light blending mode
Finished with JazzedUp LoopDaLoop and elements.
