Here's my entry for the May 2014 theme challenge - May flowers.

We have two of these cherry trees that are largely fairly boring, but for about 3 weeks a year they are magnificent - spectacularly heavy with blossom and simply gorgeous.

This photo was actually from last year because this year everything has been so much earlier as we've had such a mild winter that the blossom was over an done with before I managed to get my camera out.
