Process
Started with Artsy Template DuoPack. I turned the template by 90 CCW. Small photos I clipped to photo masks and big photo to paint. Placed elements from APP Escape and Sea Life, SkinnyLined Overlays, WordArt (recolored), stitches and Scratched No. 2 (recolored).
