Process:
Started with an Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Escape
Placed Photo and blended with transfer using Brushes & Blending Modes
Placed Frame psd, clipped my photo to the mask, hid the frame layer
Placed FlutterBy Template, added color and a shadow
Placed Escape WordART , added a stroke style
Added SkinnyLined Overlay
Finished with ArtPlay Palette Escape Brushes and Elements
