Process
Opened Artsy paper and placed watercolor mask and photo, adjusting size to please. Added frame and used a layer mask to hide bottom portion and then skewed the bottom to have it follow the line of the surf.
Placed transfers behind the photo, added the flower brushes, button, threads, and word art. Finished with the two edge overlays.
I almost just scrapped a photo of this pier - my stepdad grew up in Maine, and use to summer at Old Orchard Beach, so although we lived in Connecticut, we started vacationing in Maine, and would always stop at Old Orchard Beach. The pier there is so awesome. Love the layout Judy.
