The Process: I began with the background paper from PotPourri No. 5. I added the fotoblendz, and attached the photo to it. I placed the fotoblendz on blend mode color burn. This allowed the texture to show through the photograph, but it lightened it more than I wanted, so I duplicated the photo, masked it out, and then carefully painted in portions of it, using a soft brush, on a low opacity. I added the frame, and masked out where the rocks poked through the top of the frame. I added the fotoglow, placing the blue portion of the glow under one of the spires, masking out the blue under the rock, so it didnt discolor it. I added the edge overlay, and some brushwork, along with a few transfers, blending and masking out portions as needed. I added the elements, along with custom shadows. To finish it up, I added a bit more texture my added the solid neutral textured paper from AP Beautiful Day, bumped up the contrast, and placed it on blend mode Multiply.
