The Process
Using a mask from Watercolor FotoBlendz 3, duplicated and rotated and layers merged, I clipped my photo to it. I placed a frame over the photo added a layer mask and hid part of the frame. For the title I used a large bold font (Impact), rasterized the layer and added a shadow behind it. I clipped an Artsy Kardz Beautiful Day 4x6 to the type. An Artsy Kardz Beautiful Day was also clipped to the Swimming WordArt 1. The page was finished by adding artstrokes, paint splatters, elements, word art and glows.
