The Process
I clipped the vintage photo to a paint layer on an Artsy Kardz Get Away 4x6 and turned off the the background and texture layers. I placed a frame over the photo and layered several transfers behind the photo. for the boat photo, i changed the blending mode to darken and duplicated it and change that layer to hard light. A cool glow was place below the boat and the blending mode was changed to color. Elements, artstrokes, and script were added.
