The Process
After extracting the railroad crossing and signs I used a variety of blending modes to get the effect I wanted. Next I layered paint sprays and strokes. Transfers were placed behind the signs and the color blending mode was selected. The white of the Striped Edge Overlay was extracted using the magic wand brush and set to soft light.
