Process:
Extracted the motel and sign from my original photo.
Applied cutout filter.
Changed hue and increased saturation.
Added background paper.
Clipped pink paper to fotoblendz mask and placed behind image.
Clipped papers to palm tree brush.
Placed glow behind palm trees.
Added brad.
Finished with fine edge frame clipped with white paper.
