There are so many fabulous Artplay Palettes it was difficult to choose one, but today Artplay Palette Spring Due is my favorite. I need some green in my day!

The Process
After processing the photo in Photoshop, it was clipped to Anna's Watercolor FotoBlendz 1 mask. Next I clipped a transfer from Spring Due and changed the blending mode to overlay, giving the photo a bright look. The frame was placed over the photo and a layer mask was clipped to it. Part of the frame was hidden letting the photo flow through. Word art, elements and artstrokes were added to complete the page.
