Started with an Artsy Paper from ArtPlay Wonderful
Placed Photo and clipped to a Melange FotoBlendz, merged layers
Blended photo using several blending modes
Placed Frame above Photo, added paint
Placed Right Now WordART , added Color and a stroke style
Finished by placing Loop, ArtPlay Palette Wonderful Transfer and Elements
