(abbreviated) process description:
1. run glowing edges filter on a B&W duplicate of the photo layer; invert and slightly blur the glowing edges layer (result = mostly black outlines on white BG) and set blend mode to multiply
2. position photo layer underneath inverted glowing edges layer. Add an all-black layer mask
3. Reveal most of photo by stamping one of the kit brushes onto the black mask with white
4. Add a layer between the glowing edges layer and the photo layer. Stamp with watercolor brushes.
5. Add embellishments.
