The Process
I selected a Framed FotoBlendz and duplicated it 2 times. I clipped my photo to the bottom layer. I duplicated my photo and extracted the car from the background and duplicated the car 2 more times. I applied a motion blur filter to the original photo. I did this to the next two car photos, but lessened the intensity of the blur, and left the top car photo focused. Using a layer mask I hid a part of the frame giving the illusion that the car was passing through the frames. Next I added elements, word art, brushes and the overlay.
