In this composition I used a Filter cutout over the main image,
using Filter->Artistic->Cutout effect changing the number of levels, the edge simplicity and the edge fidelity.
I used a background paper from the collaboration kit and a number of transfer to add a touch of color.
I also used a border overlay that I colored to pink and twisted around 90degree for better positioning over my image.
I added to the hat some of the lace transfer flowers.
